Perpetual Bitcoin (PB) is a fully immutable, trust‑less protocol designed to remedy the systemic flaws of modern crypto launches.

PB removes Most Sell pressure from VP's, insider manipulation, time‑based vesting cliffs, liquidity rugs, governance capture, and sudden sell‑pressure shocks. All tokens are minted at genesis and held in a single global Vault. A modest, predefined fraction becomes liquid at launch; the remainder unlocks only when market conditions justify it > never by time, and never by human discretion.

Every purchase mints a non‑transferable receipt‑tracker that records the buyer’s position and next unlock trigger. PB is a mathematical constitution: one Vault, one supply, one set of rules, zero exceptions.

Every purchase follows an immutable process:

• A portion of each purchase becomes liquid immediately PB
• The remainder is locked under protocol rules PBc
• A tracker NFT is minted to record the position

While the Vault holds a surplus of tokens, a predefined portion of purchases can be matched by the vault andused to deepen liquidity. Once the surplus is gone (ALL 21M in circullation), liquidity contribution stops and remaining tokens are reserved for future unlocks or redemptions.
